Uw rol: As a Service Delivery Manager you are responsible for the high-quality and efficient delivery of our production verification and monitoring services to our clients. A Service Delivery Manager is crucial in ensuring that new systems and software solutions are successfully delivered and integrated into the client’s organization. You combine project management, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills to oversee the entire implementation and service process, from planning and coordination to training and support. This role is vital for the smooth adoption of new technologies and the ongoing success of our services.

Uw rol: As an API Quality Assurance Tester at WTSS, your responsibilities will include testing our client's Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) from the perspective of the API consumer. This will ensure that they function correctly, securely, and meet performance and quality standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring that this communication works as intended.You will design, implement, and manage both manual and automated verification journeys for the API channels of banks. You will analyse API documentation, gather test requirements, develop them on our automation platform, develop dashboards and reports, monitor performance and provide support to our customers when required.You will participate in calls as our API test expert alongside the Service Delivery Manager.With your experience in testing, knowledge of automation and drive for quality, you will be able to tackle complex challenges and use your resourcefulness to find innovative solutions that help clients get the insights they are looking for.

Uw rol: As a Software Quality Assurance tester at WTSS in the Solution Delivery department, you play a crucial role in our technological service delivery. Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing manual and automated production verification journeys for banks. You will gather test requirements, assess workload, develop manual tests or automated ones on our automation platform, execute tests and provide support in the client’s issue resolution process. For automated journeys you monitor performance, maintain them and offer support to our clients as needed.Effective communication with our internal teams and customers is a key aspect of this role. Your have experience in testing, expertise in automation, and commitment to quality. You like to work on complex challenges and are resoursefull in finding solutions that provide our clients with the insights they seek.
