Uw rol
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Developer Enabler to join our team. As a Developer Enabler at Cymo, you will be responsible for:
- Transferring technical knowledge about Event-Driven Architecture to development teams
- Explaining Event-Driven Architecture from all perspectives within the organization
- Participating directly with development teams to identify and address pain points
- Empowering teams to continue independently through deep hands-on coaching
Uw profiel
- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or similar by experience, but the most important are your skillset, ambition, and drive
- You have experience in coding languages (Java, Rust, …) and in software engineering
- Familiarity with message brokers and event streaming platforms, especially Confluent Kafka
- Strong understanding of extreme programming practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
